The second quarter results for the fiscal year ending December 2025 were net sales of 8.8 billion yen and ordinary profit of 990 million yen, setting record highs for the first half. By segment, the Distribution Cloud Business recorded increased revenue due to the expansion of services such as “@rmsV6” and the effect of pricing revisions, but saw a slight decrease in profit due to factors such as increased software amortization and increased labor costs. The Government Cloud Business, against the backdrop of municipal DX, performed strongly in areas such as projects related to the unification and standardization of municipal core systems and document management systems, resulting in increased revenue and profit. The Mobile Network Business recorded increased profit due to an increase in incentive income. The Trust Business recorded a slight decrease in profit due to increased expenses associated with strengthening the sales structure. This fiscal year is the final year of the medium-term management plan, and the company expects net sales of 17.7 billion yen and ordinary profit of 1.73 billion yen, aiming to set new record highs for the full year and achieve the medium-term management plan. At the same time, regarding the shareholder return policy, the company plans to increase the dividend by 13 yen, with an annual dividend per share of 30 yen and a payout ratio of about 30%.
