In 1H FY12/26, net sales reached 10.1 billion yen (+14.8% YoY) and ordinary profit stood at 1.44 billion yen (+45.8% YoY), both achieving new record highs. Recurring revenue also hit a record high of 4.7 billion yen (+11.3% YoY), with both net sales and profit progressing largely in line with the first-half plan. The company aims to achieve record highs for the full year as well.
By segment, in the Distribution Cloud Business, net sales increased through expanded service provision; however, ordinary profit slightly declined due to higher labor costs associated with strengthening the operational structure to handle an increase in new implementations.
In the Government Cloud Business, projects related to the standardization of local government ERP systems and disaster prevention radio system installation projects contributed significantly, delivering increases in both net sales and ordinary profit.
In the Trust Business, contract development of national qualification examination systems contributed to net sales growth.
In the Mobile Network Business, while net sales remained flat, ordinary profit decreased due to changes in the incentive structure, higher sales promotion expenses, and increased personnel expenses from base salary raises.
