By segment, the Distribution Cloud Business saw increased sales driven by the launch of “@rmsV6, the ongoing implementation of previously ordered projects, the commencement of new operations for the fresh food EDI system Sendonet V2 due to growing demand, and the completion of the full migration of major existing customers to the Cloud EDI-Platform. However, profits declined due to upfront investments, including software amortization related to service development and organizational strengthening through hiring to support future business expansion.

The Government Cloud Business contributed significantly to the Company’s overall profit growth. Sales and profits increased as projects related to the unification and standardization of local government ERP systems, document management systems, and disaster prevention administrative radio installations progressed. The document management system ActiveCity went live at multiple organizations, including Wakayama City, leading to an increase in recurring revenue. We also secured multiple new orders, including large-scale projects in Ota Ward in Tokyo and Funabashi City in Chiba prefecture. Furthermore, we acquired a AI technology company to improve the efficiency of document searches and differentiate ourselves from competitors.

In the Trust Business, sales increased due to the expansion of “CloudCerts” services and the progress of a commissioned development project for a national certification examination system, resulting in a narrowing of the deficit.

The Mobile Network Business increased sales and profits due to growing demand for device replacements ahead of the 3G service shutdown and an increase in incentive revenue.

Regarding shareholder returns, we plan to pay a dividend of 30 yen per share for fiscal year 2025 (an increase of 13 yen from the previous year) and 35 yen per share for fiscal year 2026.
