CyberLinks provides IT services to the food distribution industry through its Distribution Cloud Business, offers municipal services through its public sector cloud business, comprehensive trust services for “Person (Identity)、Object(Existence)、Event(Action)”

CyberLinks adopts the Shared Cloud business model, specializing in the food distribution industry. By sharing industry-specific systems, we provide industry-leading systems at a low cost. We achieve IT cost reduction and streamline management.

The EDI service for food wholesalers has become the de facto industry standard, boasting a top market share. Approximately 30% of food supermarkets nationwide use our system, making it an indispensable presence in the food distribution industry.

The recurring revenue for the fiscal year ending December 2024 was ¥8.1 billion (51.2% of total sales), demonstrating continued growth based on a stable revenue stream. In its core service, the Distribution Cloud Business, we launched Japan’s first cloud-based retail core service, “@rms ERP,” in 2005, and have since been steadily expanding its lineup of related services.

In the Government Cloud Business, we are promoting support for municipal digital transformation, and in the Trust Business, we are developing digital certificate issuance through CloudCerts. We will continue to strengthen each of our businesses in order to achieve sustainable growth.
