The company has adopted “Shared Cloud” as its business model, providing high-quality and low-cost systems through shared-use cloud services.

In the Distribution Cloud Business, the company offers the core system “@rms ERP” for food supermarkets, the “Cloud EDI Platform” for processed food wholesalers, and “C2Platform,” which streamlines business negotiations among retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers, making the company an indispensable presence in the food distribution industry, establishing stable earnings while building long-term relationships with customers. In addition, last year the company launched “@rmsV6,” the new version of its core service “@rms ERP.” It is a product accepted not only by the small- and medium-sized food supermarkets that had traditionally been its main target, but also by large-scale food supermarkets, and market development is accelerating.

In the Government Cloud Business, the company is rolling out nationwide the document management system “ActiveCity” and the municipal online service counter “Minna no Madoguchi,” against the backdrop of municipal DX.

In the Trust Business, the company is focusing on expanding the digital certificate issuance service through its core service “CloudCerts.”

In the Mobile Network Business, the company operates 10 Docomo shops, the largest scale within Wakayama Prefecture.
