The company reported net sales of 5,609 million yen, gross profit of 2,544 million yen, operating income of 403 million yen, ordinary income of 406 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of the parent of 245 million yen for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022.

In the Global WiFi business, sales were steady despite a decline in the number of overseas travelers due to the acquisition of various domestic usage needs and the use of “Global WiFi for Biz,” a standby-type WiFi service for corporate customers, for telework purposes. The number of applications for the airport quarantine station increased due to an order for application verification services, which is part of the airport quarantine pandemic control countermeasure operations (order started in mid-March 2021 and continued in 1Q of 2022). Information and Communication Services business increased due to strengthened sales of merchandising products (mobile communication devices, office automation equipment, etc). The space management business (rental service of meeting rooms and telework spaces) increased due to the acquisition of Adval Corp. stock revenue and in-house services (monthly subscription) remained steady.


As the third pillar of business development, the glamping business, we have launched “VISION GLAMPING Resort & Spa”. The first resort, “Koshikano Onsen” (Kirishima City, Kagoshima Prefecture), is known for the quality of its hot springs, and the second resort, “VISION GLAMPING Resort & Spa,” is scheduled to open in summer 2022 in Yamanakako Village, Yamanashi Prefecture, a perfect location with a view of Mt.
