For the full year ending September 30, 2022, the company posted sales of
4,704 million yen, operating profit of 382 million yen, and net income
of 201 million yen. Although sales were roughly on par with the previous
year, profits were up significantly due to a catch-up in the 4Q.

As for segment details, the technology business, which accounts for
about 70% of sales, has expanded its service lineup over the past year.
Through aggressive sales activities, the SS Cloud series achieved one of
the largest installations in Japan. In addition, the SS Payment Series
is also developing services to further improve operational efficiency in
conjunction with the SS Cloud Series, while also working with APLUS to
reduce the burden on renters. In addition, the company launched
BunChinPay, an upfront payment web-based credit service that reduces the
burden on tenants, in collaboration with Aplus.

The company expects sales of 4.4 billion yen, operating profit of 310
million yen, recurring profit of 220 million yen, and net income of 110
million yen for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023, based on the
continued strong performance of the system development and solutions
business. The company expects to achieve a solid full-year forecast. To
achieve this, the company will focus on strengthening its SaaS business
and expanding its SS Payment Series as key measures.
